Qinhuangdao (located at 39.5 degree north altitude similar like Lisbon,
Portugal) enjoys mild climate consisting of mild winters and summers.
The average temperature year round is 10.10 C, with an annual average
rainfall of 698 mm and relative humidity of 62%.
Qinghuangdao city has three urban districts, namely, Haigang, Beidaihe
and Shanhaiguan, and four counties, namely, Funing, Changli, Lulong
and Qinglong under its jurisdiction, covering an area of 7523 square
