Heihe City is one of the first batch frontier opening cities of P.R.china,Situated
in the northeast frontier of china.Sit face to face with Amure Prefecture
of Russia by the HeiLongJiang River,and the central line of the main
channel is the main channel is the boundary.HeiHe City is a very beautiful
and magic border area with a vast territory,an advantageous geographical
position and rich resources.Have jurisdiction over two cities (BeiAn
City and,WuDaLianChi City),three counties(NenJiang County,XunKe County
and,SunWu County)and one district(AiHui District).The area is 68726
square kilometers,the population is 1 million and 680 thousand.There
are 31 nationalities living in HeiHe City,including Han nationality,the
Man nationality, the Hui nationality, the Mongoll nationality, the
Oroqen nationality and the Daur nationality etc. HeiHe enjoys frigid-temperate
zone continental monsoon climate, the winters are long and the summers
are short.The atmospheric temperature is about-10°C—30°C
in the winter,and 5°C—32°C in summer.The yearly precipitation
is 450~ 650millimeter
In the 21th,by guiding of DengXiaoPing Theory,Municipal Party committee
and Peoples Government of HeiHe City will hold firmly the work theme
which is around the center of economic construction,work hardly
